The erosion of freedom and liberty has begun.
It increases thanks to the 7/7 attacks in London.
Some say they were staged to derail the G8 talks.
Others shrug and accept events at face value.
Where do you stand?

Judith Miller appeared shaken and scared as she left the courtroom Wednesday. Before the hearing, she removed her jewelry and passed it to her husband.

Later in the evening, interviewed by telephone, Miller said she had been taken to the Alexandria Detention Center in Virginia.

Miller is the first Times reporter to serve time behind bars for refusing to disclose sources since M.A. Farber spent 40 days in a New Jersey jail in 1978.

They speak of Liberty, Justice.

But they are not.

Three black men.
They want to commit a crime in a nice area.

Mo one can do anything to them

Three Middle Eastern men.
They are taking a shortcut home.
Want to see their kids, their wives.
They can be detained and questioned
and not allowed to pass.

Justice, where art thou?
The infamous video depicting the toppling of the statue of Saddam Hussein may as well be a video of the toppling of the statue of Liberty. Democrats are Communists. Republicans are Reptilians.

Who among you will tell the truth? According to Michelle Malkin, the left-wing Kumbaya crowd is quietly grooming a generation of pushovers in the public schools. At a time of war, when young Americans should be educated about this nation's resilience and steely resolve, educators are indoctrinating students with saccharine-sticky lessons on "non-violent conflict resolution" and "promoting constructive dialogues."

Peaceniks are covering our kids from head to toe in emotional bubble wrap. They are creating a nation of namby-pambys.

But now dig this:
A man of peace wants to fly to the U.S.
His plane turned round mid-flight.
They will not let him in.
A threat he poses, in the daytime.

A man of evil lives among you.
He is stalking your children. Again.
Let him in, welcome him back from jail.
Sex Offender is death for your own children!
Yet it is he you embrace.

Who shall I set free?

We are getting closer and closer to the time when an angry power (probably somehwre in the Middle East) will attack us with sophistictaed weaponry. Any media that is magnetic in nature will be wiped clean by a pulse bomb. Videotape, audiotape and computer harddrives. CD's should be okay. Pass a CD over a bulk eraser (the kind used to wipe recording tape clean with one pass) and you will notice the CD continues to play just fine.
